  4. If something shows up wrong, broken, or cursed in a way we didn’t intend, don’t panic. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If we made the mistake (sent the wrong thing, defective item, or a goblin packed it sideways), we’ll even pay the return shipping.


  5. Most refunds arrive sooner, but the official prophecy is:

    • 5–10 business days for your return to reach Monster Headquarters

    • 3–5 business days for us to inspect it (usually with magnifying goggles)

    • 5–10 business days for your bank to push the refund back into your vault


    6. If you need to start a return, simply Contact Us with your order number and the details. We’ll reply quickly with instructions for sending your item home.

    We always replace defective merchandise—no interrogation by eldritch tribunal required—as long as the original item is returned to us. (We can’t issue refunds or replacements without the relic in hand. Even we can’t conjure a replacement from thin air. Yet.)

    Shipping

    We ship to nearly anywhere on this spinning world. Some items have mystical, postal, or international restrictions, so a few things cannot cross certain borders or dimensions.

    We offer $9.00 flat shipping, for orders shipping in the United States.

    Please note: local taxes, VAT, customs fees, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Every kingdom has its own rules, and we are but humble crowfolk navigating their labyrinths.
