A public service announcement for a very real (and very strange) cryptid.
The Pacific Northwest Tree Octopus is a rare arboreal cephalopod said to inhabit the misty forests of the PNW. Elusive, damp, and questionably adorable, these creatures are rumored to slither between branches during rainy weather—much to the surprise of unsuspecting hikers.
This print was created as a tongue-in-cheek conservation poster, blending cryptozoology, folklore, and bold graphic design into a colorful call to save the Tree Octopus.
Originally produced for Emerald City Comic Con 2021, this is a limited edition run celebrating one of the Pacific Northwest’s most beloved (and unbelievable) creatures.
